The main structure features
The reamer with replaceable cutters was developed for large-diameter HDD projects, where extending downhole life is essential. Compared with small, conventional types of tools, larger bearings and tools significantly extend downhole life.
There are two replaceable milling sets, TCI and grinding teeth, to accommodate a variety of rock formations. All drills have 3-6 cutters and can drill 4 holes of different sizes.
All tool bearings are metal-sealed. The tool lock is used to prevent the tool from falling off.

HDD hole opener for horizontal drilling
Horizontal reamer, also called HDD reamer, is used to expand the pilot hole of horizontal directional drilling (HDD)-HDD is used when trenching and digging are impractical. This drilling technique allows drilling underground in a maneuverable, trenchless manner.
