1. Cutting Structure
The reaming bit is mainly composed of more than three cones. Advanced cutting structure of tungsten carbide surfacing layer and advanced tungsten carbide blade with new technology improve the wear resistance of reamer.
2. Bearing Structure
High precision journal bearing. The ball locks the cone. Hard bearing surface. The tapered bearing is inlaid with antifriction alloy. Improve the bearing wear resistance and bite. Compared with tri cone bit, the outrigger bearing of tri cone bit is larger, which can bear higher WOB and higher reliability.
3. Hydraulic Design
The small angle channel design increases the tail thickness of the shirt, which can effectively prevent water channel erosion. Optirnized hydraulics structure improves the clearing capability and increases ROP.
